1. COURSE ENROLLMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

1.1 Course Details

• Course Name: ACCA Diploma in IFRS (DIPIFR)
• Course Fee: As per pckage chosen by studetnt. i.e. training with books or without
• Course Duration: Basis the exams i.e. Till Dec or June
• Delivery Mode: Online (Live classes + Recorded lectures)

1.2 Enrollment Confirmation

• Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment
• Course access will be provided within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation
• Students will receive login credentials via registered email and WhatsApp

2. COURSE INCLUSIONS

3. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION

3.1 Student Eligibility

Students must meet ACCA's eligibility criteria for DIPIFR:

• Qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) or CPA
• CA Final students with completed articleship
• Bachelor's degree holders with 3+ years of accounting experience
• Professionals with CIMA or equivalent qualifications

3.2 ACCA Registration Process

• ACCA initial registration (₹3,500 through Eduyush vs ₹10,800 direct) is separate from course fees
• ACCA exam fees are payable directly to ACCA as per location of exam
• Students are responsible for meeting ACCA's registration deadlines
• Eduyush provides guidance but is not responsible for ACCA's registration decisions

4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Course Fees

• Full payment required at the time of enrollment
• Payment methods: Online payment gateway, bank transfer, or as specified on website

4.2 Additional Costs

Students are responsible for:

• ACCA exam fees ( payable to ACCA)
• Internet connectivity and device requirements

5. REFUND POLICY

5.1 Cooling-off Period

• 7-day money-back guarantee from enrollment date
• Refund applicable only if student has accessed less than 10% of course content
• Original payment method will be used for refunds (processing time: 7-14 business days)

5.2 Refund Exclusions

No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

• After 7 days from enrollment date
• If more than 10% of course content has been accessed
• ACCA registration fees paid through Eduyush (non-refundable)
• Cost for Physical books
• After appearing for ACCA examination

5.3 Partial Refunds

• If course is discontinued by Eduyush: Full refund or equivalent course transfer
• Technical issues preventing access for more than 72 hours: Pro-rated refund consideration

6. PASS ASSURANCE PROGRAM

6.1 Pass Assurance Terms

• Applicable only to students who attend the ACCA exams
• Extended access provided until next available exam session
• Requires proof of ACCA exam attempt and official result
• Does not include additional ACCA exam fees

7. COURSE ACCESS AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

7.1 Access Terms

• Course access valid for specified duration from enrollment date
• Single user license - sharing credentials is prohibited
• Access may be suspended for misuse or violation of terms

7.2 Technical Requirements

Student responsible for:

• Stable internet connection (minimum 2 Mbps recommended)

7.3 Technical Support

• Technical support provided during business hours (10 AM - 6 PM IST)
