How do I access my eBook?
Once you have purchased an eBook, we will send you an enrolment key within 2-3 days from your purchase. You can go to study.bpp.com, create your account and input the enrolment key to activate the product
You can view your eBook through the platform, and download it to a mobile or tablet device for offline viewing. Notes, bookmarks, and annotations will synchronize between devices.
We advise that you use Google Chrome when accessing and downloading our eBooks and apps.

Can I access my eBook offline?
Yes, you can currently access your eBook offline on mobile and tablet devices.
Once you have downloaded the app you will be able to login using the same credentials and access your eBooks. You will be given the opportunity to download each of your titles so you can use them offline.
On a desktop, eBooks can currently only be viewed online.

What devices support your eBooks?
All Apple and Android devices are supported (smartphone and tablet). eBooks can also be accessed on desktops/laptops running Windows 7 onwards and MAC.

Access to your eBook (including via desktop or mobile app) will continue for a period of 18 months from the date of your confirmation email. However, if your account is unused for a period of three months, your account may be deactivated. Your account will be reactivated (up to the period of 18 months from the date of your confirmation email) upon logging into your account, but you may lose any previously-stored notes, annotations or bookmarks.

It is recommended that you use the latest version of Chrome or Firefox. Do not use Internet Explorer as it is outdated and will likely fail to record any step assessment results you achieve.

What devices are compatible with the mobile app?
There is an iOS version for iPads, and iPhones, as well as an Android version for Android and Kindle Fire devices.
Can I watch videos offline?
All videos are available to download onto your device for offline playback. Simply go to the video and select the ‘Watch this later’ link.
How do I delete downloaded videos from the mobile app?
Downloaded videos will remain on your device unless you manually delete them. To delete downloaded videos, go to the home screen and select the settings cog at the bottom of the screen. From there, select Clear Downloads. This will delete all downloaded videos. It is not currently possible to delete individual videos.
Can I do step assessments on my mobile?
You should complete your step assessments on your desktop as this will mimic your real exam environment.
Does the mobile sync with desktop?
Yes, if you have been working using your App, the next time you log into your desktop the progress will synchronize between both devices.
